rn4081 cartridge leaking?

Hey everyone,
I just recieved my rn4081 today and it works very well. One question though. when i put my cart on the atomizer the juice starts to come up the sides between the atomizer and the platic cart. eventually it will leak out at the end of the cart by the atomizer. I can't see this being very good for the battery. Is there any way to stop this from happening? thanks guys.

Is this a cart that came with your new pv or one you topped off yourself? My initial reaction was that the filling was too full with liquid. When I over fill a cart this happens. If it's the filling isn't too juicy then maybe try a different cart if you have one to compare? Maybe it's just the cart itself.

You are correct. You don't want that stuff leaking into your battery.

sounds like what happens when I overfill my Npro (which I believe is also the rn4081), that and when I try to take a drag I get a mouthful which isn't good and I end up licking my sleeve to get it off my tongue. Yes, very dog like.

Try to make it a point to carry your e-cig with the battery side up. The liquid can not run upward so as long as the battery is above the atomizer.

What brand is your e-cig? SmokingEverywhere carts used to do that to me.

It does leak - but so does pretty much all the cartridged that I've used if I lay it sideways. 901, 4081, 801... all leaked one way or another. 801 is probably was best in this case - and 4081 being the worst, 901 being somewhere in the middle.

I now only drip with 4081 with no filler and with USB pass-through though.. so it's not too much of an issue. I'm using 801 mostly when I'm on the run - due to larger cartridge size, but when I'm working or at home - 4081 all the way with dripping, so that I don't vape all day long. So far it's been working quite well, without no leaking issue.
