This is very similar to what I did with a BE112 cart setup. I went from 1.1 to 2.7 ml capacity and have been using it for over 5 days now.

I started by using tape for proof of concept then rebuilt it using hot glue to make it air tight. Once assembled i shaved off the slight bit of excess glue.

They are larger than what you made and don't cost much.

This works great for me, its free and i wouldn't like to add size to my e-cig
