So, two months vaping now, hooked. I've built a 4-AAA Puck mod, but I'm using an RN4081 connector rather than a 501, as the local tobacco shops sell prefilled RN4081 cartos and I have a bad habit of waiting until the last minute to order more e-juice.

That being said, most of the tank mods I've found are 501. Since switching to the slightly higher voltage on the Puck I'm finding that I go through juice much faster, and re-dripping my cartos every few hours just isn't cutting it anymore. Anyone aware of an RN4081 tank available? I attempted to search the forum, but as you guys are probably aware searching a larger forum such as this is almost impossible.

Thanks in advance guys!

Aren't most tanks just an accesory that fits onto a carto? If the carto has 4081 threads or 510 threads wouldn't affect the function of the tank. The Boge 4081 seems to be the same diameter as the 510 carto.

This is correct. If you get a stainless carto that is 4081 (SmokeStik or where ever you can find one), punch it like any tank carto. It will fit in any tank that is set up for standard size 510 cartos. (not dual coil tanks)

There is also a syringe tank that can be made and works well. Again, not very fancy but very workable. Cartomizer syringe mod design by David - YouTube
