After writing my previous reply, I really decided to saw off a 801 atomizer. I cut about little more than half inch, 5/8 inches to be exact, so that I could reveal the wick closely. I just dripped and.. wowza. I mean, really wow...!

I'm not currently using any mouth piece at all... but it's giving out so much flavor and very pleasantly warm vapor, like 4081 dripping - but at the same time, very easy to draw! (I used to get tongue cramp from drawing too hard). I think I made a little discovery myself, although I highly doubt it's anything new... I might post it up with some pictures on modders forum.

As I read your post, I'm assuming you're vaping right from the atty. How about placing a cart body over it with the cartridge removed. It will keep the heat away from your lips.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I'm curious about how to clean my atomizer as well. I bought an extra one so that I can alternate them between days and I also bought juice and some empty carts (but TW sent me the wrong carts :/ so hopefully I can get that fixed in the next couple days). Any advice on the atomizers though?

You really should pick up a couple more atomizers. They're sort of like light bulbs, and they'll burn out when you least expect it. If your spare goes cold before new ones arrive, you're up the creek.

Does anyone know a US supplier for the DSE103 or RN4081 USB Passthrough? I went through the entire list of sponsoring suppliers looking for the RN4081 USB Passthrough...I didn't know it was DSE104 compatible at the time The only suppliers I could find were China and UK and with the custom's problem I'd rather order from the USA.

US suppliers seem to be out of stock. I haven't ordered juice or carts from China, Just atomizers, and they came in marked as "spare parts" (which they were) Shot right through Customs on one day.

Well, the heat isn't really the problem at all, surprisingly. But sometimes I do get some liquid residue - little tingling sensation on my lips. Probaby because of nic juice, I'm thinking. I'm trying to find a solution for a mouth piece when I go home tonight.

Thing is, when I cut it, it's not perfectly round as I don't have right equipment , or maybe I pressured little too hard. Thus, when I put in a piece, it kinda "grinds" the mouthpiece, making little pieces of plastics inside the atty. I just don't find it's very appealing to inhale any plastic pieces in my mouth. Also, making it airtight is pretty important as well - as if the air gets in between your mouthpiece and atty, it will significantly reduce the vapor, and warmth.

I guess it's good that I stocked. Got a call from my son. He was desperate for attys for his 4081, and he told me that my wifes sister & brother were down to their last one too. I kept two attys, split the stash, and shipped em. I have one atty in my passthru, and I'm using my 401's until I can order some more attys for the 4081.
