I totally agree! I just got my first order from them. Very quick ship of their 100%VG juices. I ordered them to try them out. I am really enjoying them plus I got a new atty and cart as a freebie. You cannot beat that! I will definitely be back to use him again. His VG RY4 and Peach are awesome!!!!
Did not get any freebies, but the juice was excellent and I will be back for more. Service was fast and order complete, as it should be!
Dee, I bet you ordered either just after or during Rob's latest huge sale - I didn't rec'v a freebie when I'd ordered just after his huge b-day sale, but didn't mind - his prices are awesome, and I kind of hate when reviews mention freebies because ppl seem to expect them after they see others getting them (which is understandable, but still...), a freebie is something a retailer can toss in a box if they have the time or inventory to lose in order to entice you into a further sale.
My feeling is that when you find someone you feel like you can trust or believe in, buy from them - it's BETTER than a freebie. Yes, really. BUY. Freebies are worth a bit, and fun to receive, but only worth only so much. I put together a pay-it-forward type deal for my best friend from HS and trusted Rob to get it to her FAST and with what could get her off of analogs and vaping ASAP. Could you really ask for any more? I mean it.
I've kind of decided that "pay it forward" doesn't just apply to new vapers, but to vendors who truly deserve the business, as well. So I'm always THRILLED to pass along Rob's cards or web addy - he's just the kind of biz you find yourself pulling for, 100%

I just wanted to say that I NEVER expect a freebie. I certainly APPRECIATE anytime that I get something that I do not expect in my box!!! It is like getting an extra present under my tree at Xmas and it does make me smile. However, the quality products and excellent customer service go much further in making me come back for more!!!!!! I certainly will go the extra mile to let other vapers know when I get that type of CS as well so they can get the same. I am not someone who sits here on the forum and sings praises either. I reserve my praises for someone who deserves them.
Rob's got good prices, great sales, great delivery, plus he's a good guy to boot -- whenevr I need anything now I check his site first, that's about the highest praise this site-shopper can give. I really should have started my own thread after he sent me 2 new 901 attys after I killed the first one he sold me in my first 20 minutes -- and it was my fault, too-thick liquid, I even told him that, but he sent them anyway. Thanks Rob!!!!!!!!!!! 
I placed my first order with GP just the other day and was blown away by the customer service. My wife and I each have eGo/Tornado and we both got a little frustrated with the original 510 atty/cart so started experimenting with LR atty, drip tips, mega atty/cart, etc. Comes the time to check into some mega batteries and the big cartos. So I place my order but almost immediately realized that I forgot to also get the refill tool. So I email but got a response from Rob that the order can not be modified once placed and billed...but that he would take care of it.
Well my order arrived yesterday and included TWO refill syringes as well as another LR 510 atty. How cool is that? Not only a freebie but truly made my order perfect. Makes me wonder why I would shop anywhere else.

Amazing - my latest order was placed on Tuesday the 21st and arrived today - 2000 miles across the country from PA to TX. 3 days - and that was NOT priority mail. I know that's not Rob's doing, per se, but it happens more often than not. (Of course, the fact that Rob generally ships about an hour from the time of order definitely helps!)
Rob is certainly tha man...such a stand up guy, other suppliers should take notes from him...not to say that other suppliers aren't special in their own way but Rob is certainly on top of his game....Rob if you're reading this keep up the awesome work bubba!!
Freebies- Yes he does give them sometimes, somtimes not. I do agree they should not be expected as it is what it is. They are not a guarenteed service, but Rob does guarentee great service, great prices and the best VG juice I've tried. BTW, there is one guarenteed freebie from Rob, first time customers recieve a free 30ml bottle of juice.
