On the 19th of this month I ordered 2 of the Goodprophets eGo kits; upon receipt of the order, I discovered one of the batteries had a switch stuck in the on position.
E-mailed Goodprophets with request about a possible repair procedure. Within an hour, Rob responded with his apology and informed me that a new battery was on the way. I just received the new battery and two empty cartos.
The terms and conditions, of the Goodprophets web site specifically indicates battery warranty requires the return of the defective part at the expense of the purchaser; not only did Rob exceed the sales terms and conditions (did not require me to return the defective part), he added two cartos with the new battery.
Service like this literally blows me away; Goodprophets has earned my respect and loyalty as a customer.
