I've never been so impressed by a vendor!
Super shout out to Rob @ MadVapers - Your Canadian Distributer of Premium E liquid and E Cigarettes ... this guy saved my life.
I'm a relatively new vaper - just over a month. The e-juices I was originally sold with my kits were from China and were really starting to turn my stomach. It got to the point where I was gagging trying to vape and I thought - I'm gonna have to go back to smoking ...
Through reviews here, and on youtube, I found that "HALO" juices were the way to go ... But I needed something sooner, rather than later. SOMEHOW I stumbled on Rob's website and sent him a desperate note.
He was out of stock of 2 of the 3 items I wanted, but made other suggestions of what I might like - Halo products that he had in stock - and took the time to check with other vendors to see if they had what I was looking for!! In the end he was able to get me at least some of the juices I needed to tide me over. PLUS - everything got to me in a record 2.5 days. He also sent me a sample of a tobacco flavour, as I had mentioned I wanted to eventually try some of Halo's tobacco blends.
I gotta tell you I was <> this close to packing it in. But now I'm vaping away like a mad woman - all thanks to Rob.
He totally understood that if I didn't get some good quality e-juice, I was gonna fall back to analogues and so, he moved mountains to help me out.
This is customer service - to me.
He could have said that I'd have to wait until his next shipment came in, but he didn't. He went above and beyond.
And guess what? He'll now get ALL my business.
So, my sincere thanks to a fantastic vendor ... Not to mention, an empathetic, and just an all around, really nice guy!
