I purchased three smaller bottles from rocket fuel vapes. They were ol river, blueberry hill and calamity Jane. I thought they were all really good tobacco blends but ol river and calamity Jane were awesome. It was about 5 months ago and I have found other good tobaccos since so I haven't reorder yet. Just want to know what you all think about them.

Most of Rocket Fuels tobaccos are cloyingly sweet for my taste. They seem to use the same tobacco base for everything, so there's little variety in the actual tobacco tastes from one blend to the next, just in they complementing flavors. Otherwise, they know what they are doing when it comes to flavor blending. Good, clean balanced juices on the whole. I have a 30ml bottle of Ol' River that needs a good home if you're interested.

I received a sample of their Rocket Blend in my first Zample box. I'm almost, kinda-sorta, ready to proclaim it my new favorite. The only thing that's holding it back, for me, is the odor of the exhaled vapor. To me it smells like a burning matchstick. Not the phosphorus head but the wooden stick itself. ...really strange.

I totally agree on the cloying sweetness and same base taste. I ordered 10ml bottles of all their tobaccos back in September and haven't finished any of them. Some of the flavors also have a strong alcohol presence as well. They're not terrible but I can only use them as spot vapes. Blueberry Hill Tobacco was the least cloying of the bunch for me. Gave 'em a shot.. Lost any faith I had for unbiased reviews from Spinfuel.

Indeed. I've had a few other vendors recently who use the same base, so obviously it's not proprietary. It's one of those "tobacco in name only" flavors that has a peppery/malty taste to it. Spinfuel has some interesting commentary/discussion points on vaping, but their juice reviews definitely cater to the paid ads on the side bar of the site.

I think Rocketfuel is really underrated, I love the flavors that I've tried (although I haven't tried their tobaccos). Rocket Blend was an ADV for me and still one of the best e-liquids I've tried. IMO much better than some of the vanilla flavors that get a lot of attention on here. Country Bumpkin is really good too, as is Rocket Pop if you like bomb pops.

One small complaint is that everything comes in 70/30 which is too harsh for me. I dilute it with some flavorless 20/80 and that works well for me. The flavors are pretty strong so it doesn't lose much.

I agree with this.
