I have dealt with Rockstar vapors in the past. They just happen to make the one flavor I have found that I loved the most, and as such, I returned my busines there several times...
That being said....
Since my experience with Rockstar began, it seems that every order I placed with them took longer and longer to get to me. My next to last order took 3 weeks to arrive, and anyone that has ever run out of their juice can understand how frustrating that can be...
My most recent order came a little more quickly (2 weeks), but this time the flavor was off, and of the 15ml 5 pack that I ordered (and paid for), I recieved 1 15ml bottle of juice.... Let's do the math... 15ml 5 pack = 75ml = $35.... not a bad price in my opinion... 1 15ml bottle = 15ml = $35.... Not so well priced anymore (actually, something bordering on highway robbery, in my book).
After reception of our most recent order, which invoiced 5 bottles being sent, my wife promtly sent a message (via e-mail, because there is no other listed way to contact them.....) explaining the issue, and how to contact me by phone or e-mail. After 3 days of no response, another e-mail was sent just in case along with everything else, the original was somehow not recieved...
That was over a week ago.... still no response.... Maybe there is a perfectly good reason for the issues (any of them? all of them?). I don't know. What I do know is that, as a result, Rockstarvapors.com will no longer recieve my patronage.
For anyone looking to do business with them, all I can say is beware... Your experience may differ from mine, but at least you have been fore-warned.
