Whee! 510 on the way!

Just wanted to make a quick first-impressions note. RMV's website says they will not be shipping on 12/31/09 or 1/1/10. I placed an order around 11 am today (12/30/09) & figured I'd have to wait a couple extra days for it to arrive. About 3 pm I checked my mail & saw that it's already been shipped. (With free shipping, too.)

Just wanted to mention that I was impressed with that.

Also found their website very easy to navigate & with clear explanations. I know many PV companies are small businesses run by a couple people, so I don't expect them to have super flashy websites or anything. But, some other sites I've looked at are so hard to navigate - have to constantly use the back button to get to the previous menu & such. That tends to put them further down my list of preferences, even if they otherwise seem fine.

So, thumbs up thus far. Thanks RMV.

Edit: They are also one of only a couple places I found to get a black 510 with the purple LED, which I'm all excited about. *gets distracted by something shiny & wanders off*

I also like the fact that the website knows what is in stock and won't let me order what they don't have.

I have ordered from Rocky Mountain a few times and they are great. I have had no problems with any of their hardware and their shipping is extremely fast to NY! I would definately recommend this supplier.

Yeah, RMV is excellent for stocking up on attys and some cheap juice. You can't beat free shipping over 14.00. Plus they ship super fast and are now right in my backyard.

+1 for RMV. I have ordered 3 times from them and have been amazed with the fast shipping and processing of my orders. Each time I placed my order in the morning and it was shipped that same day. Totally recommended!

I second all the positive reviews for RMV. I just got an order of some 10mL bottles in today, and I like them! They seem more professionally labeled than some of the other vendors I have ordered from, and these are childproof and more of a hard plastic type bottle. I like it.

One thing to watch out for though - apparently the post office there doesn't like tracking! I didn't get any tracking until today, when my order came. So don't fret, your order is on its way! (In my case, just in time - used the last drop of my liquid this afternoon)

RMV is always top notch! You are missing out if you have never ordered from here! I ordered from them on Monday evening.... by that night it was already in Reno, and on Wed afternoon, it was in my post box. Super fast free shipping for all orders over 14$ You simply cannot beat that!

Not sure if it's USPS or RMV, I put an order in on 3/12 and still waiting for delivery.

I received notification from RMV that the order had actually shipped on 3/12. From 3/12 to 3/17 I got nothing tracking through USPS, then:

March 18, 2010 23:28:00 PROVIDENCE, RI 02904 PROCESSED

March 17, 2010 22:36:00 PROVIDENCE, RI 02904 PROCESSED

March 12, 2010 16:31:00 48026 Electronic Notification

No idea what the holdup in RI is but the order is for new atomizers...

Why the hell it's being PROCESSED in RI for 2 days or why it was seemingly in "limbo" for 5 days before making it to RI is a mystery.

I can certainly reassure you ViiX.......This has nothing to do with RMV..... Been buying from them for a very long time......And RMV is top notch.....USPS is well known for delivery Problems....
