In my 3 1/2 years of vaping, I have never had such GREAT customer service. :)

I had a problem with a PCC, that came in a kit from rockymountainvapor.com. :grr:

I ordered the kit on 2/22, but didn't try to charge the PCC until today, 3/12. :cry: As soon as I found out that the PCC was a dud, I used their "contact us" link on their website (10:15ish this morning), not expecting much. :sleep: At 3:08 this afternoon, I got a response via email, with suggestions on a possible fix. :w00t: At 3:10, I got a personal phone call, to get it figured out. :cool: At 3:18, I got an email notification for shipment for a replacement. :mail:

Very nice man. He made my day! I definitely will do business with them again. :vapor:
