I ordered an e-Roll from Rocky Top Vapor last Friday. It arrived on Monday. To my dismay, the factory seal was broken and there was no instruction manual in the box. Everything else was there though.
As I had done some research and lets face it, the e-Roll isn't all that complicated to operate, I didn't really need the manual to get going with it, but just felt that it should have been there.
Before thinking things through and in my bitter upset at the box having been opened before it got to me, I fired off a somewhat nasty email to them stating my displeasure and stating that I most likely would not be ordering anything from them in the future unless it could be made right.
I got an almost immediate email from Jason at Rocky Top saying that they open all boxes before shipping to determine that everything is there and apologizing for the manual not being in the box. He asked what "would make it right".
After eating some humble pie, I said all I really wanted was the manual and perhaps he could throw in a couple of needle tip bottles. (Filling the carts of an e-Roll almost require them). Today a package shows up in my mailbox with the manual and a couple of bottles. I sent an email thanking him and said I would recommend them for their service. So as I'm a man of my word...
Jason did make things right. Thank you Jason, if you read these boards. Prices were good and shipping was super fast. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Lesson learned - think about things before pressing that "send" button and don't write emails when you're going through nicotine withdrawal... LOL
