I'm toying with the concept of a 6 position rotary switch controlled VV mod. Possibly at .25 vdc increments with fixed resistors. I'm sure this has been done before but the miniature switches are a little spendy for experimental purposes. Any ideas/tips in this area?
I've acquired a couple UCC383t chips that I'd like to try it with.
Thanks

So, best bet is come up with a diagram of what you want to do. Post it in this thread, and ask for opinions. There are some fantastic electricians on this forum, they have set me up with some great ideas, and trust me, If you come up with something, somebody will help you. First thing though, you've got to try it!!! throw a design out there and either implement it yourself, or let others, I know I have done many different ones myself just for fun.

Probably the first ever posted variable voltage thread may be of some use. Note ignore the CT pin/switch wiring though, just wire a decent switch at Vin.

It's odd how little interest it garnered.

Note you can't just go by formula calculated resistor values, you have to check each one and do voltage tests in a circuit.
