As promised, here is my review of the roughstack with mega dcc. Battery used is an AW ICR 3100 mah.

Nice job Andy! It's good to see how the adapters worked out. I've been using SL DCC's on mine and was unsure how it would work and look with those cartos. Enjoy that new vape!
Regarding raising the center pin; if you look into the center of the battery side of carto/atomizer connections there is a small circle at the bottom. You can stick a safety pink or other small prong and raise it up a little. This what connects the battery to the atomizer and raising it slightly can help with clearance issues. Be careful not to damage; I find it best to work around slowly lifting up the center pin ever so slightly.
I actually just ordered a roughstack yesterday, should be here early next week. Pretty excited, it will be my first mod. Any update thoughts on the device? Have you thought about upping the voltage with different batteries?

After a few days, I still like it. A 3100 mah AW IC battery lasts me right at 2 days. I do really want to try and vary the voltage a little bit but I haven't ordered any different batteries yet. To be honest, I'm really interested in picking up a provari so that I can adjust voltage on the fly without stacking batteries.
As for the fitment of these specific cartos, I did get the ego adapter and I still have to use an ego adapter with a 510 shorty to get it to clear. Not a big deal, it fires every time and has been totally trouble free.
