RSST with Silica wick

I am wondering if I am the only one who prefers Silica wicks to SS mesh.
I just seem to be having a much more consistent vape with silica and an easier time with hot spots.

Hmm so mesh wicks better for you. odd I have had an opposite experience.

I have found my vapetopia and it consists of gennys w mesh or cable, and any GG atty with silica. Any dripper rba w any wicking material known to man, if set up properly, is un-beatable.

I have used silica in gennys and I've had good results. IMO its easier to setup a genny w a rigid wick so I don't bother using silica there.

Nextel once torched becomes quite rigid. I am a fan of using it in a dual coil/wick setup in a genny. Again, it's still a lot more work to keep from severing the nextel when wrapping the coils, so I stay away from that.

I do prefer Ekowool over mesh by itself. Never had consistent decent results with mesh only.
