Do you mean by twisting several strands of wire together? That will lower the resistance. You'll get higher resistance with more wraps and/or thinner wire. RTAs will work with 1+ ohm coils, no problem.

As for which tank, that really depends on your vape preferences. How do you like to vape? Huge clouds or more moderate ones? Flavour or clouds? Hot or cool vape? Etc

Hello, this might be a stupd question...can I use regular ohm (over 1) on any tank by twisting more wire in my coil? I have I leaf 40w...what RTA would you suggest?

Tried Taifun GT and Minni Buddha...wasn't very happy...

If you mean that you Want to Add More Wraps/Loops to a Coil, then Yes, adding Wraps/Loops will Increase the Ohms.
