I bought my first mod batteries and charger from RTD. I originally bought 4 batteries and all was going smoothly, until I put the 4th battery in my new mod. It didn't work, and I wasn't sure what was going on (battery noob, remember). I started a thread in the battery section asking for help and some ECF members convinced me to try to return the battery. I had already checked the RTD Vapor site and was convinced that I couldn't return it. The short of it is that I sent Randy at RTD an email, and he is sending a new battery ASAP. Super easy!
I have placed 2 orders with RTD - they have shipped very fast, they pack things really well, and I receive their packages very quickly. I had heard their customer service was great, but now I can vouch for it. This is the place to buy your batteries, chargers, battery boxes (you need these!), and accessories!!
