no, because I went to buy a few times to other stores in Buffalo, also when they ask I tell them I went shopping at walmart and show the receipt

I did not too bad with RTS Vapes,if i had too buy the same amount here i would pay almost 4 times as much for the nic,250 ml @ 100mg for 50 bucks and no tax or duty is a steal,and its gettinh harder too get nic here it seems.BTW...the Hangsen RY4 flavurings from RTS is too die for.

Placed an order with them for 100mg nic a few months ago. No issues other then the ridiculous shipping prices. They got a bit 'creative' with the shipping to insure it made it past customs
Would order again.

Roughly 2 weeks to Ontario.

It was shipped out on the 20th of september. Now it seems to be in Miami and frozen there since the 27th. Weird that it went south from SC instead of going north to Quebec, Canada... but more bizarre is the fact that nothing is happening since the 27th.
