Wizardlabs mixes their nic to order. I have used MFS in the past and find them to be equal in quality. They do ship in plastic bottles compared to glass from MFS. Prices are way cheaper at Wizard! Unless you are a first time customer.
MFS is very strong in flavor to me. If you have RTS nic that is brown, you should contact them. They guarantee their nicotine and if it is not clear, they will replace.
MFS, WL and ECX all have good nic. WL and ECX are almost identical to me flavor wise but not in consistency. MFS has a more peppery taste. I use MFS depending on the blend. I use WL, because it's so cheap, on about everything else and it is good.

Depends on your tastes. If you like more mouth feel in your blends thats what the pepper adds. I use it in most of my tobacco only blends. To me and the wife it makes the tobacco flavors pop. it was one of my missing tastes in my tobaccos till I bought some and found out. I haven't found anything else that brings that feel forward. I don't have any Perique Black but that might from what I've seen. My adv is MFS nic. With juice I don't want to have any flavor but the flavors I add in I use WL. It's almost tasteless. I use VG base nic too not PG. My blends are not ever over 40% PG. So take that into account that's lots of VG and very little PG anywhere. That will affect the taste as will the amount of nic. Mine are all 24mg/ml blends.
