I recently started vaping (no smokes for 8 days!) and placed an order with RTSVapes.com to try some new flavors. I got a notification 4 days ago saying it shipped but looking at the tracking info it hasnt actually gone anywhere... still in "preshipment status."

is this normal? i was super excited that it shipped 2 day priority but its not moving and dont know if they boxed it up and forgot about me lol

I've ordered from them a number of times, always quick, accurate service and shipping. One factor may be that North Carolina where they are located just got hit with a foot of snow in some areas. Hopefully for you the tracking doesn't reflect what's actually happening.

Drop them a quick e-mail and ask....
