Thats the problem . I dont know how .
For all things DIY head on over to the DIY ELiquid Forum. Below is the information I often give to members new to DIY.
Here are some threads you may like to read through for different flavoring companies. Many of the posts include recipes and comments about a specific flavor.

its really not too hard to make your own juice.

ive found that trying equal parts of flavors to start testing at works surprisingly well.

(my current fav is equal parts: sweet mango, pineapple, jackfruit, blueberry candy, toasted marshmellow, fruit loops, and ethyl maltol solution... all tfa brand flavors except the mango.. get some nicotine, some vg, and its easy.. i just mix 8 mls of each together in a bottle. when its time for more juice, i just take out some of the flavor extract, squirt it in a bottle, same w/ nic, same w/ vg. then shake and serve. :D (you have to learn ratios, but thats not hard and help can be found here)

But ordering from TFA means importing from out of the country, is it? Or are they available locally?
