but i dont remember seeing any statutes regarding the bringing in of food flavourings. Especially when the bottle clearly states that it is for culinary use.

Get menthol crystals. Dissolve in juice. A small piece in a 10ml bottle enough.

for me i feel not enough.. just tried 2 pieces in about 3ml and they are just enough right for my satisfaction.. maybe its because i am too used to smoking mint intense cig
