So,
I rushed an order just a couple minutes past 2 on friday hoping i would get the order before the end of this week. I was SHOCKED - 3 bucks and they will ship your order out that day if its before 2pm pac time. And here's the thing, they got my order, then about an hour later i got an email saying my juice was mixed, and about an hour after that my package was IN THE MAIL! Yes, Really!
So a lot of people aren't aware that mail travels over the weekend, even on sundays, so long as it can go through the automatic sorting process. So i watched it via the awesome tracking number i got in my email, and by saturday, my package was in my states main sorting facility about an hour away from me. By sunday it was out of there, and this morning it was in my little town, and a few minutes ago i checked the tracking info again and it said OUT FOR DELIVERY. Now, i haven't run to my mail box yet, but they rarely if ever tell you its there when its not there.
Bottom line. Not even 1 single full business day and my package should be in the mail box or waiting at the PO to be picked up. (i'm hoping it fit in the mail box lol!) - It is DOWNRIGHT IMPOSSIBLE to do better then that. If you really think of it thats almost equiv to overnight mail. *Granted, i do happen to live in the state right above TV.us headquarters in Washington State, so i'm not terribly far away, but it doesnt take away from the amazement in my estimation
TastyVapor, Geoff, and the rest of your staff - You all deserve to be showered with "Stars" because you guys rock. You're fast, your friendly, you are efficient, you treat your customers like they matter to you and are deeply valued by you - all in all, you guys just rock!
