ok so i got it today and its nice.. it had a few parts that were really tight but it all came apart and cleaned up ..i took it all apart and re-assembeled wrapped a 28.g 10 wrap on a 5/64th bit @1.33 rockin..even fires on my provari mini.
cotton wick ....its workin very well i think im gonna have to get another one

way better than a pro tank....really easy to build after watching a riptrippers vid on the kayfun im going to explore different coils but for now im enjoying this one

Is it really good? My buddy just built a 1.0 ohm on a kayfun 3.1 clone and the flavor was amazing, but what would be better about the Russian? I'm thinking of getting one of the two, but it's a 50 dollar difference! What's better?

I'm fairly sure you can get a Russian clone if you want to.

I doubt there's much difference in flavours, and they are basically in healthy competition between each other. I'd be careful about buying a Russian at the moment since they've gone to a sprung centre pin which, in some cases, caused problems. I believe the Kayfun Lite+ now has adopted the Russian's advantages and the Russian has copied the Kayfun's -- bottom-filling with o-ring, 510 drip-tip and air flow control. So there's not much to choose between them. I believe the Russian still has the advantage with the adjustable centre-pin, if you can get an old one or trust the new one.

Of course, with at least three versions of both the Kayfun and the Russian, you would want to be careful about which features the clone has, but the flavour should be great, regardless.
