I emailed EPuffer and asked why they don't carry E-Pipe atomizers & was told that they don't carry them because they 'never have problems with them' and that they arem uch better than the Penstyle atomizers. I also asked abotu their replacement policy & refund- not a good deal- refunds can only happen IF you don't open the package ie unused. I asked about how htye go about replacing parts & they just gave me the standard 'send it in, we'll check it over & either repair or send new one' etc. Not good either. I wanna try their E-Pipe- but not with those kinds of replace/refunds policy

Cindy- I did a google search a couple of days ago for it and couldn't find it either- do you htink it's a Ruyan pipe?
