Ruyan Jazz... what the heck!!

Some members have been recommending the Ruyan Jazz to newbies as their first e-cig.

I'm not going to recommend anything I haven't personally tried, so I ordered one.

I just got it in the mail.

I opened the package.

The instructions say remove the colored cap before use.

I do this.

I then take a drag...

Absolutely DOA!!! Absolutely Nothing at all!!

I could be sucking on an empty straw and get more than what I got from this thing!!

Geesh... this thing is being recommended to newbies?
