RX200 Temp protetion

Hi got my new RX200 I keep getting 'temp protection' when it reaches the temp I set but I can keep holding the fire button and I do get a nice amount of vapour, is this temp protection message normal when using TC mode or is something wrong?

That is normal on most TC mods, the mod is detecting the wire has reached the set temperature, throttling down the wattage to maintain that temp and reporting it back to you. The other temp message is when the mod itself gets hot, it will not fire as it is cooling down to keep the batteries and the control board at safe operating temperature. From what you describe it is coil TC operation and function.

+1. Yes, perfectly normal. It means it's working. The wire got to temperature, and the mod is holding it there.

its completely normal. i do find the TC on the rx200 to be not as accurate however..
