RY4 & Riskee ;)

From my experience, there are two different types of RY4. One has more of a strong tobacco taste, and the other is very sweet. I like to consider the sweet version Riskee. Here, I have recipes for both depending on which version you're accustomed to or like best. Enjoy!

Here's a recipe I made myself, probably been done before but it tastes very similar to RY4 with a hint more of the tobacco flavor.

5 drops ethyl maltol diluted mixture

7 drops tobacco absolute diluted mixture

Add this to 10ml's of your base nic/pg/vg flavorless mixture

You can add more or less of either flavors to suit your taste. The tobacco absolute gives a very strong aromatic tobacco flavor and the ethyl maltol makes it taste sweet and gives it its ry4 resemblance.

I've also been experimenting with Capella's vanilla custard and LorAnn's Caramel to make that really sweet riskee flavor. What I've found to be really good is this:

100 drops total - 12mg

55 - pg/vg

25 - 48mg flavorless

7 - tobacco absolute diluted mixture

3 - ethyl maltol diluted mixture

5 - capella's vanilla custard

5 - Lorann's caramel

Now, THIS is Sweet Riskee!! It might be too sweet. I'm still experimenting with this one. I have it here in 100 drops so that way you can also use these numbers as percentages of a whole easily, and if anyone finds a better alternative, please share. I hope you all like these recipes, as the first one is my all day favorite vape.

i'm new to mixing... what is ethyl maltol and where can you get teh tobacco flavoring without buying it already mixed?

ethyl maltol is a kind of sweetener that tastes close to caramelized sugar and/or cotton candy (that's the description) It's meant to take the sharpness out of flavors. I get both ethyl maltol and the tobacco absolute flavoring from onestopdiyshop.com

Nice to see a recipe that uses ethyl maltol , I wasnt sure where would be good spots to add it...now I can try this.
