i have dfw vapors us ry4 and i don't really taste any sweet. i like to use it to add that tobacco taste to other ejuice that i don't particularly care for and help make them more palatable. on it's own, it's alright, as a cutting agent--i like it better.however, their camel is yum!
Have you ever had DeKang's Desert Ship and if so how would you compare that to the Camel from DFW Vapor?

I have some DeKang Desert Ship (which I'm told is a Camel like experience) and I like it except that sometimes I find the taste / flavor to be a bit weak or a bit too subtle.

I found some RY4 that I like so much that I want to buymore. The problem is I've bought so much stuff in the last 2 weeks I can't find where I bought it from. I love it, and it would be one o f three all day vapes if I could find it. Gotta keep searching for that lost ark...

edit: I found it. ecigexpress. tastes great, less filling....right on....

Bob, if you have the bottle post a picture of it. Someone may recognize the label.

In a shoe in my closet, I recently found almost and entire full bottle of "Risque" juice I got from Alternasmokes about 2 and half years ago. It was their version of RY4 and I suspect it was just Dekang juice re-labeled. It tell ya, it's like vintage wine. The smell and taste is just fantastic. Where can I find a duplicate?

And no, I'm not worried about vaping juice that has long since "expired"

And every RY4 is different. Some are sweet, some not, some very tobacco-y, some not

My fave sweet one is oRYental 4 from FreedomSmokeUSA ut it's a fairly light simplistic one from a Flavourart flavoring but I like it as a light caramel and I used to use ti to sweeten other tobaccos

Some vendors blend their own

There is a huge thread somewhere about RY4's - here it is. ooo - I guess I need to try some RY4's that are further up the list (further up than dead last anyway) haha

I just placed an order for some FA Ry4 and I heard it's supposed to replicate the original version, that is less sweet and smoky.. I can't wait to try it...

So far I've tried Dekang, PinkSpot, and Volcano RY4s. All three are totally different.

My Dekang must have been steeped because it tasted pretty good, better than OK. The Volcano RY4 was mild, almost seemed like it had some chocolate notes in it, and I've been vaping it regularly the last few days. The PinkSpot (RY8), however, is far and above my favorite, very caramel and rich and smooth. Their Swagger flavor is very similar, and delicious.

I'm definately curious to sample new RY4s I come across and my wife laughs that she knows to throw in "a sampler of RY4" when she orders from a new juice vendor. So far I only really get vanilla, caramel, and smoky notes out of any of the above, so it may be my taste buds adjusting, but I really enjoy it.

I had a friend who had no sense of smell due to a congenital issue, and he said the food he loved the most was pizza, because it hit the sweet, sour, salty, and bitter tastebuds. Without smell, his taste broke down into solely those things, and pizza hit them all at once. RY4 is kind of like that, with smoky, caramel, and vanilla flavors. Your brain tends to taste one of the flavors "up front" but it can change throughout the day.

Very true. I sometimes start the day with a flavor thinking it is harsh and smokey and think it is sweet by the end of the day. I also love to compare the taste versus the smell of e-liquids. Sometimes the taste in the mouth is very different from the smell on the exhale. A "french inhale" will often give me a whole new insight into a flavor.

I have tried many brands of RY4. My favorite is Dekang.
Dekang is the only one that tastes nutty to me, and not as sweet.

My all day vape is Nite Lite Vapors Renegade RY4, but it is very different and milder than Dekang.

I have tried Ikenvape RY4, Mom & Pop RY4, and didn't really like them. Can't remember which others I tried.
