French Vanilla 30%
Caramel original 15%
English Toffee 23%
Sucralose Sweetener 7.5% (adjust to taste, changes depending on concentration)
DK tobacco 23%
almond 1.5%

All flavorings are from TPA

This makes a concoction that pays homage to a RY4, but gives it a kick with a sweet english toffee.

I can mix this at 10% and get a pretty good amount of flavor with a 70pg/30VG blend. More VG may need more flavoring.
