This is a recipe to make 15ml 60/40 18mg (100@ 10%) Nic.

PG - 6ml (40%)
VG - 3.5ml (22%)
Nicotine Reduced 100mg@10% (WL) - 2.7ml (18%)
7 Leaf tobacco Blend (FA) - 1.7ml (10%)
Dragon Fruit (TFA) - 0.75ml (5%)
Blueberry Extra (TFA) - 0.75ml (5%)

Steep at least three days. Better at ten days.

Would that be a V or a G at the beginning of that Title? I loved the V, have not tried the G.
