These are my opinions based off of my experience. Nothing I say is is represented as a statically verifiable fact.

I thought I would update my review since it's roughly the one month mark.

I have evolved from using the adapter with 808 carto's to just using the 510 carto's it was designed for. Very happy with the change. The adapter made me paranoid from a early issue and later I think it was giving less than perfect connections to the mod.

I have also taken to using some 510 lr carto's. These are not necessary and I haven't used the with a full charge on the batts. IMO I will burn them quickly with a full charge. I keep a loaded one. I do this because I am always anxious about problems when I am away from the home base (just me being ....). If I notice that the batt seems tired I plug this in and can get at least 3 more hours out of it without a batt change. I only change my 18650's once a day but have gone as many as 30 hrs on one batt.

I know your saying BS, how about the durability of this product? Well I am glad you asked my vaping peeps. I have had the Saber Touch in my hand (look away Sir Lawrence) while mowing, weed wacking, swimming with the kids every day. Its been my boy's little league game during a cloud burst, and used in a tug of war with my autistic daughter, and licked from head to toe by my dog. The only thing I haven't done is submerge it in the pool.

Not a scratch on the black satin finish. If I sold it on the classified, a little brasso it would look brand new. Not a single misfire nor single problem.

In fact the only issue, as minor as it may be is that my hands are rough enough that I do have to lick my finger tip to get a good contact. kinda like counting money or passing a football its second nature now.

Simply the best vaping investment I have made to date. I would like to see a mod that could be completely submerged because I know its inevitable as much time as I spend in the pool or on the river. Maybe a rubber pressure release seal rather then just a vent hole.

Bottom line the Saber still rocks
