Saber Touch vs Silver Bullet

I've been vaping since the beginning of the year. so I'm still a newbie, but I've been stalking this forum for a few weeks. The information here is amazing!! I currently vape on an eGo C and I'm looking into getting my 1st mod. The two that are most appealing to me are the Silver Bullet (altsmoke.com) and the Saber Touch (vapormoon.com).

I am looking for a comparison of these two and would love to hear any/all info you more experienced vapors have!

I am leaning towards the Saber Touch, but I just want to make the best decision based on the merits of both.

Thanks in advance!

Both are great choices.Depending on the batteries used, the SB will do 3.7,5,or 6+v(alt smoke don't recommend stacking batteries)and has one of the best buttons in the business.
With the saber, you can get fixed voltage-3.7/6v or variable voltage and uses a touch sensor instead of a button. Both are sturdy and well made.Get the one you like best,or better yet get them both.

I'm a somewhat noob too, I've had my SB for a few months now and it's durability does live up to all the hype. I've dropped it more times then I care to remember, and it still preforms like a champ. The build quality is also outstanding. You can tell Chad takes pride in his work. The customer service is also outstanding at AltSmoke.

As for the saber touch I cannot comment as I've never used one.

Unfortunately I know nothing about the Saber touch, but I can say that the SB is one hell of a PV. The one I have used for the past month has performed flawlessly and it does 'take a licking and keep on ticking'. Been using it @ 3.7v for dripping when home or with 2 rcr123a LiFePo batts stacked for 6v(not recommended by AltSmoke) with J-Tanks and punched 3ohm Boge cartos when out & about.

Silver Bullet any day. Never used a Saber Touch personally but I know many people who have them or have had them, pretty much all have had issue with them, from button breaking to it not functioning as it should. For a first MOD, imo the SB is the way to go, a gold standard by which to judge the performance of any others you may try or own later. If you are an LR vaper then I would strongly recommend using IMR cells with it too for best performance. It simply does what it is meant to and hits brilliantly, incredibly reliable and durable. It will last you essentially forever aside from possibly going over the dozen or so thousand actuations the button is spec'd/rated for. I have two SBs myself and should they ever do a certain color I would dearly love, I will buy a third lol
