Just an FYI... on a whim I tried a T Dux 3 ohm head today - fits fine, no seepage ( which I get a little on the Aro head), and on the second tank is improving on flavor. This was an out of the box head and works great. .. i'm thinking it needs some cotton though.

T Dux? First I heard of that brand.

Good to know there is another head option.

Very interesting, Teach. Seems they aren't interchangeable for clearos, but the Sabot handles them well? That's good news!

HC says:

NOTE:
The coil of T-Dux 2.0 Glass Clearomizer is much different from the coil of ARO clearomizer, the replacement coil for ARO clearomizer can NOT be used in T-Dux 2.0 Glass Clearomizer.

Good call Kat.... I went back to check that wasn't a TDux - Grabbed the wrong package - It's an Aro style head! Thanks for keeping an eye on me!

Same here! I'm completely satisfied!!! So easy to use and the vape is excellent!! Thank you scubabatdan, drunk_j & anyone else involved in the development of this awesome adaptor.

Also big thanks to drunk_j for a smooth coop. I tried to lay low and just be patient, I realize those things can get hectic for the host but I did end up with a question or 2 and drunks responses where lightning fast! Glad everything worked out for you and your back to work.

Well folks here is my journey into the Sabot-DDD.
It was not an easy one and somewhat messy. Rephrase that a very messy one.
Here goes guys for laughs and giggles and a little dams. Sure wish that girl who stuck her finger in the dam would have been here. She might could of helped a little.

1st gave him a bath then soaked it in some vodka. Now mind you even if after reading this you may think I drank some of that stuff but nope not a drop.

2nd Put in a head after removing flavor wicks and adding 2 stands of yarn, stuck him in a full tank using the wonderful little black tool. Didn't even loose a drop of juice in the process. Miracle of all times for this messy person.

3rd MMMMMMM yum wonderful taste wonderful vapor. Then WHAM dry hit after dry hit. Crapola!!!
Pull tank adjust AFV over and over and over and over. Then taped up the fill ball. Nothing helped. Heat up heat down. Dang gonna
get this soon I hope, the next fix will fix the dry hits. But alas nope it didn't.

4th Pulled the tank out again put in the little black removal tool to push out Sabot-DDD and OH SHOOT forgot it has an indent and lost
almost the whole tank in my hand  Well after the clean up of every thing Pulled head off took one strand off. Back together
then fill tank again and ..... while pushing it back in tank went to far and lost more juice. . Blasted fumble fingers anyway.

5th All cleaned up and back in BB. WoW oh WoW. it is wonderfull Better flavor then befor. No dry hits. And getting clouds even with my
short little puffs. Gonna have to lower my nic again thou. It packs a punch and I'm only on 6m of nic.
Moral of my story is. Never give up keep on trying it will get to where you want it eventually!
My set up is 1 flavor yarn and AFV half way. Good luck to yaall. Hope your journey was less sticky then mine.
Oh and loved the little black bag it came in made me feel like I was getting a jewel and I did. 2 of them Thanks again guys it is FANTASTIC

Silverdove.

Haha....I needed a laugh tonight...thanks. But I have done that same thing twice now. Meant to post that earlier, but my memory isn't so good. Don't fill tank past half way when testing. And honestly, with all rba devices, it is best to leave a small amount of empty space in the tank.

Haha. ..still smiling that I am not the only one. Bet there are many more that just haven't admitted it.

You're also the first one who mentioned the little pouch too.

Dizzy with delight? Change and I do not like each other. But I am thinking this will be THE change I want.

Has anyone determined how long a head will last? Stock head I mean?

Yuh-huh!

Idunno. Ask BlueSnake :)

If you also use one of those little blue pills the head can last a loooooong time.

OK, I'll admit it, I screwed up at first too. Not sure what happened, but I think the flavor wicks were pulled out when I inserted the Sabot. First couple of hits were great, then it started leaking like an incontinent puppy. :( I finally removed the Sabot and pulled it apart, the flavor wick had totally disappeared (must be floating in my tank...). So I just put in another one, re-inserted it, and everything is fantabulous!!! :):):)
