safe charger for APV

I currently have been using a TR-001. I read some stories of it exploding or whatnot.
My question, I need a safe overnight charger with reliable 4.2v or lower auto cutoff able to fit all sizes.

anyone test the Sysmax i4 3.7V Intellicharge
