I'm sure this has been asked multiple times but I haven't found any recent threads for krd-8081 models. If there is a thread that I could be directed to, that's cool!

By safe, I mean I'd rather not be responsible for burning down the house. I thought I was paranoid smoking analogs, checking the ashtrays on the side porch multiple times to make sure I put it out. I do plan on getting a couple of those fire safe bags, but would also like to know if there are any multiple usb port hubs that anyone would recommend? I have 2 batteries from v2cigs, 2 volts (which, if I'm understanding correctly, are generation 2 krd-808s?,) am interested in a couple of the extra long batteries (the V4L XL King Diamond and the Voltx2) and possibly from Bloog or Litecig. Eventually, I do plan on getting one of the various GO models as well. If you have any suggestions, links to what you're talking about would be great as I am not very intelligent with technical stuff.

Also, is it okay to just buy a battery from a vendor and a usb for it from another vendor? Some of the vendor's prices for their usb connectors seem kinda crazy.

Somewhere out there
Hi, when I use 808's I use a USB wall charger to charge them, only leave them on for 2 hrs or until light turns a different color then take them off the charger and unplug the charger. Do not use different batts in different chargers unless you know they are compatible. 808 2 is not the same as 808 1. The most problems I have heard of for melt downs or exploding batts is because the wrong charger is being used for the wrong batt. The KR808 1 Volt and Halo G6 charger is compatible for both I have been told, but I only use a Halo G6 charger on a Halo G6 batt. I am overly cautious I agree, but better safe than sorry I think. That way if something does malfunction, you can tell the supplier that you used their batt on their charger when reporting a problem. bnrk

I have one of these = Electronic Cigarette Charger | E Cigarette Charger | Electronic Cigarette 10 Battery Mega Charger

And use battery adapters for different Batts, this charger has served me quite well since I've had it, they also make a 5 port one thats half the size.

Those are great but unfortunately, I have kr808d-1s. I have actually seen a couple of those around, but only for the 510s. That model may be my next purchase though so thanks for the suggestion!
