I'm making rebuilds for friends who vape a lot on their kangers. Most, if not, all of them I made each one .9 to .8 and they all enjoyed it with the cotton instead of the factory trash taste. Is that a safe build? Remade on kanger pro heads.

The t-ego they had was the variable voltage kind all smoke at 3.7V

No not really. To much amp draw for the batteries.
I'm not saying you "can't do it but you would be severely limiting the lifespan of you'd batt. Plus the heat from sub oming or even low ohm <1.5
Can unsolder the thin wires in those batteries iv done it twice and I wasn't sub ohming

Yup, like everyone is saying, that's too much current draw for any eGo type battery. Unless these batteries are way different from all the rest of the eGo types out there, I doubt you are actually that low in resistance. 0.9 ohms at 3.2V is 3.6A. These batteries would either not fire (if the protection worked) or blow up.

You can push a IMR or hybrid battery past its limits and when they vent they are reasonably safe. Like Baditude said, these batteries vent with flames. Unless you really don't like your friends, stop doing this.
