LOL. It should slide in smoooooothly without hesitation.
Yeah, it should..... However accidents happen.
Reversing a battery in a mech is walking a tightrope without a net.
No room at all for mistakes or accidents.

OK, I`ll bite, LOL. If you are using a trust fire, maybe not, but you should`nt be using a trust fire, you know? If you are respecting the battery, its should be no problem. If the bat slides in the way it should, no problem. If its got a problem, find and fix that before going any further.
This design is only as dangerous as the end user is safe. It is NOT inherently dangerous just because of the way its designed. That`s the kind of logic that says a firearm can jump up in the air all by itself and shoot granny. Guns just don`t do that all by themselves.
Lech Wallenda walked Niagara, :?) Some would say (Jump up and down while screaming?) that it was dangerous, but I`m sure he knew what he was doing, you know?
FWIW, I own a couple of these now, so if I stop posting, LOL. But damn do they HIT like a loaded freight train going downhill, LOL.
Peace, and vape.
Ya, Is`nt that why we use "safer chemistry" battery's?
Its all good bud. I understand your fear, I just wont buy into it.

Its all good bud. I understand your fear, there are valid concerns. But I wont buy into it, it adds one more level of safety concern and once addressed there is no need for any hysteria.[/QUOTE
All mech's are dangerous in his eyes unless it's in his hand. Complete bull....!OK, I`ll bite, LOL. If you are using a trust fire, maybe not, but you should`nt be using a trust fire, you know? OkEhh. He`s my friend. We`re just having a difference of OPINION here. He probably does chit I would never think to do too.LOL.

Yes I'm referring to you. You think and act like you are the only person capable of using a mech and are the authority on mech's and batteries. If you don't agree read what you type. Are you refering to me?
Do you think quality IMR batteries won't vent violently?
Did you bother to actually do any research?
Putting gas in a car is more dangerous than using a mechanical.
However both can get you hurt or killed if you dont actually understand what you are doing.
This one hundred percent fear mongering!I agree.
And you know Im not fear mongering.
You can damage a perfect
cell just by installing it in a tube mech.
( Which was the most likely cause of the exploding idiot incident I referenced.)
Probably good that it has big vent holes.
I'm sure he's scared new mech users into throwing their mech's in the garbage or calling the bomb squad to come dispose of them.I am a frequent visitor to the mech mod section here and I have to disagree with your impression of Ninja. The guy speaks from experience and has potentially helped many new users by making them aware of the risks involved. It's better to be warned and then make your own risk judgements then walk into these things thinking everything is safe.

Ok. I agree with everything you just said.I encourage users to educate themselves about the gear they are using.
Beyond a youtube video.
I also encourage using common sense.
If you dont have time to educate yourself, mechs and a careless attitude will get you hurt.
Most explosive accidents are due to user error.
The mod/battery rarely fails on its own.
Ok. I agree with everything you just said.
