Not sure if everyone is aware, I can't seem to find other posts on it, albeit only a quick search but ... Heaven Gifts has a nice sale going on with Free Shipping. That pretty much makes them about the cheapest I have found for a good variety of atty's and kits and of course lots of Dekang juice. Have ordered from them 3 times. Each time it took about 6 days for the merchandise to arrive. Their prices are basically the best anywhere and no problems with anything.

I asked them and they are not on the suppliers section. I was told they are going to be hiring people just to work the forums for them. as they dont have the man power to handle it right now. I have placed two orders from them and have been very happy with their service.
well I went there today and ordered a bunch of stuff and at check out they tryed to hit me with 14 bucks shipping, so what do you have to do to get the free shipping? Is the free shipping EMS? if its airmail you can count on waiting about a month to see your stuff.

hiy.the free shipping kicks in when you order over 100g i think of stuff...i looked for someone else and one ecig case(3dollars) and 30ml juice(9dollars) was enough to get free shipping...nothing to do with price...just to do with weight and you get free ems shipping : o)

Brewster, wonder why? I just ordered earlier today, maybe only a couple hours ago and no charge. Oh, I just checked it out and order has to weigh more than 100 grams, did you have any juice in your order? I think the 30ml are 48 grams each, so a couple of those with other items, or 3 of those would do it.
