Same Guy, same tank, new question?

Hi, I'm back. Posted a few days ago about cobra genesis mini mesh version not firing. Got alot of fast good responses and I was good to go! Now it seems when i fill the tank, through the fill port, It will only fill up about 1/4 to 1/2 way. At that point it starts coming back up out of the screen mesh and making a big mess..I have a needle bottle, and tried going very slow,same thing...Any ideas what I an doing wrong this time? Is there enough room around your needle to let air out of the tank as you fill it? It sounds like the air is getting traped inside and the pressure is forcing the liquid up the wick. This can also happen if you put the needle in to far and the plastic on the cap makes a seal on the fill hole.
