Sampling Lots 'o Flavors

Hey All. I've been lurking for a couple of weeks, but now finally joined and making my first post.

I'm new to vaping, and am currently trying to find some liquids that I like. I've tried a few, but just ordered over 10 sample bottles from ECblend that should be arriving in a couple of days. I currently have and am using some Vision Stardust clearomizers on an Ego-T upgrade 650mah battery. My kit also came with 5 Smok Tech cartos that I played around with a bit until I got my clearomizers (as a newbie, I didn't like having to guess when to add drops to my carto... I like being able to see what is in the tank - though I think I might be a bit more accustomed to vaping now to try them again).

With the Stardusts I find it isn't all that easy to change flavors effectively and quickly. Discovered the hard way with a disgusting juice that I sampled. With so many new flavors coming to try, filling, emptying, and cleaning the Stardust between each flavor does not seem like something I want to do.

So what would you recommend for going from flavor to flavor? Should I get an Atomizer for direct dripping (would a Joyetech 510 or 510-LR atomizer be good for that with my Ego-T 650mah battery?) An atomizer and a bunch of cartridges? Or just stick with cartomizers? I do realize that there will be a high degree of personal preferences between the types of devices. I just want something that works with what I have based off the ideas of the more experienced.

I personally can't stand cartos (it's like trying to suck flavor through a pillow for me). If it were me, I would buy 2-3 atomizers and direct drip to sample your juices. It's pretty easy to clean the atomizer out if need be when switching flavors and alot less worrisome than trying to fill a clearomizer. Hope you find something you like.

Yes, you DEFINATELY need an atty to sample flavors before putting them in anything else! That's one of the sweet things about attys. They are EXCELLENT for sampling flavors. You don't necessarily need cartridges, just a atty. If you like the flavor, you can put it in your carto or Stardust or whatever. If you don't, you didn't waste anything by trying it.

Yes ! , atty is the way to go sample. Pretty easy to clean too, I boil some water in the microwave, toss the dirty one in and stir them around a bit. I do this about two times then blow them out and let them dry. I had read around here about useing Vodka to clean the atty out but I ended up drinking all the Vodka, getting drunk and stll had dirty atty's

Dripping with an atty is the only way I'll sample flavors these days. I carry an atty and drip tip with me at all times, as sometimes I get a hankering for a flavor, but don't want to fill up a full tank with them. Also very handy if you are going to a store-front or to meet with others who vape.

Be aware that when dripping you are going to flood the atty or get dry hits the first few times you do it, until you get a feeling for your atty and know how much to put when you drip.

Thanks for the feedback. I ordered 2 510 attys, one LR and one regular. I've been wanting to try dripping anyway, so it wasn't a hard decision. Thanks again!
