Typically the output of 510 chargers range from 100-300ma and the eGo chargers 420- 500ma. Using an eGo charger on a 510 will likely kill it. Using an eGo on a 510 charger will just take a long time to charge. Chances are the samsung also have overcharge and undercharge protection and if it is in the 420-500ma range on output (5V) then it should work but as cheap as eGo chargers are, I'd just pick another up with your next purchase.

If you are talking about the plug part that goes into the wall & not the USB cable that goes to the phone then it may work. You need to look at the specs on the wall plug part. It it says the output voltage is 5V, 500mA output to the USB cable or higher mA not Volts then it will work. That's assuming you are using the USB charging cable meant for the battery charging that is right for your battery. Some of the phone changing plugs are only 100mA, they won't work. You need 5V, 500mA for wall or car charging adaptors to power USB cables for PV's.
