Just noticed this shop when I was stopping by the party store next door. I thought I was crazy though but when I got home I looked it up and what the what?? I wasn't crazy! What is it? E-Juice store or something else?

Btw okwithit, its on the northwest side of Riley & US31 next door to the party store in that strip mall
