... we revamped them slightly once again ...

Oh goodie! :D

Can you mention what the differences are between the V4 Sapphire's and the (now two versions of the) V5's?

(The last batch of V4's I got wasn't quite up to snuff compared to the previous two V4 orders. The last V4's developed a tighter draw sooner, and a couple of them leaked a little when taken in an airplane, even though I'm vaping 100% VG).

Thanks!

we looked at what was working in version 3 and 4 and what wasnt working, we found some instances were the draw was not right and some that leaked like you mentioned, so BUD tech and I tested a few versions the engineers settled on, the changes are hole sizes, changing the innard air area where the wire is was moved and the point of entry were the juice hot the coil was slightly improved, i will show as much as i can in the next few days

Thanks for the info (and for making successive versions of the Sapphire better).

As much joy as I get from winding coils and trying new gizmos, I still find myself grabbing a Sapphire on a small Vision Spinner or an itaste vv V3 when I have to be other than in my home or work. Nothing else seems to work as well or as reliably, especially with the 100%VG I vape. I had high hopes for the Nano, but it just didn't taste as good or work as well.

I feel the same way, the ecigs have went from small form factors to large ones, to all types of tanks and rba, some easy , some hard . Modding coils can be fun but time consuming so I love the simple tanks , change a coil head and good to go plus it's a balancing act , on one hand we want to handle people starting to quit, then the ones that advance further, then the ones who go into full blown mods and rebuilding , so we are going to try to put some order, get rid of non selling items even if they are good and keep what works and the sapphires are still selling hotly years later. Not everyone wants a monstrosity in their hands. Some people love huge devices with complicated builds, but at the same time that is causing an exodus of people helping out the new folks just getting started and we will make some fundamental changes, I'm back, better then ever and after a year of laying back and letting things cool down I am now ready to go absolutely ape s#i%. The ego came out years ago yet they sell more then every USA mod and every new device that has come out by the ten fold and that's because of the form factor, some people love huge mods, some love large box mods, some need 200 watts at sub ohm coils and that's great, but again it alienates the purpose of why we got into this and it sure wasn't to sell you devices that some people aren't comfortable with using in the public. Major changes coming, major devices coming and I'm about to kick some ....

Hi Billy - honestly they have been paid for and in production for about three weeks. I just left a message with the company asking them how the shipment is coming along...will try to update this once I hear back...

I guess it's time to ask again.

When do you think I'll be able to buy some Sapphire clearos? They still show sold out on the web site?
