Just want to start off with a big thank you to DC2 for informing me on this post. Wanted to clear this up for you guys. The town informed me that the regulation they wanted to put into effect was to prevent the sale to minors, 18+ only, and to obtain a license to sell the product, which is what I was agreeing with. I WAS NOT AWARE THAT THEY WANTED TO BAN THE USE IN PUBLIC PLACES. I WAS ONLY INFORMED FROM THE TOWN THAT THEY WANTED TO REGULATE THEM BY NOT SELLING TO MINORS AND OBTAINING A LICENSE, THATS ALL. Just wanted to clear this issue up and let everyone know IAM AGAINST BANNING PUBLIC USE AND WOULD NEVER EVER BE IN FAVOR OF THAT. Seems like the media has twisted it again and I am sorry if anyone thought I was backing the idea of a ban. Sorry guys and thank you.
