i quite analogs and strictly vape, not sure how long now but its been several months.

my question is, is anyone saving money? i kept buying ego twist style batts and atomizers, cartomizers, bought an evic, bought clearomizers and more of every type, now onto rebuildables or own one anyhow, so now i need a mechanical or so i tell myself, and so on. just wondering when this addiction to equiptment slows lol. or does it.

The short answer is never, you never quit having to buy the latest and greatest, there is always something new or better. That being said, if one could get a system they were content with and just buy juice and maintenance supplies (wicks, coils, batteries...) it is theoretically possible to save money vaping.

or so i tell myself,

this is the problem LOL. there will always be the new shiny of the week. but reall a couple nice mods and some rebuildables you start to realize, "if I buy that im just playing" all it takes is that one or two devices that move into the favorite spot and it slows down real quick.

from experience i can tell you I found my atomizer a while ago and yet I felt the need to keep trying to find better, but none of it is. while I enjoy many of the other things I bought and use some of them i still think 'cant wait to vape some out of my geni when i get home mm mm"

you either find a good vape and relax or start collecting for no reason.

my lungs felt like crap and saving money was really second on the list, so to me my smoke budget from then is game on now :D

I started vaping about 4 weeks ago with the intent to save money (and my health.) After the initial expense of an ego starter kit and a couple bottles of juice. I did the math and figured I would break even in a couple of weeks and from then on be saving money. Well, then I made the mistake typing e-cig into google.. So, several clearomizers with replacement coils, a mini ProTank 2 and coils, and a battery mod later, not to mention sampling juices from a few suppliers, my break-even date keeps getting pushed into the future. I'm now looking at RDAs in the search for that perfect vape. Hope I settle in to something soon.

tl:dr - no.. not saving money... yet!

I just did the math, and for me my brand of analogs are $9.00 a pack. that's $3,285.00 a year. My one year analog free anniversary will be on 10/25. I've spent roughly $1200.00 on trying out setups/juices etc. So in my case, yes it's been MUCH cheaper. But for my 1yr I will splurge a little bit and get a Provari with an IBTanked carto-tank. I deserve it.

I think we assume that it should not be that easy. We transform our all psychic rituals with cigarette to e-cig. forgetting the, the primitive set enabled us to quit smoking" We urge ourselves there would be something we could add. Also we are afraid of if the system fails we would go back smoking. and this thing might be banned.
Yes Even if I dont care the cost, I spent about $400 since the beginning (7 months now) my monthly liquid charge is $20-$25 If it come to reinforcements I can spend more This is less than my monthly tobacco spending ($55/Kg Tobacco I used 1Kg per month)

As you learn you will become more & more self sufficient. (if you want to) My juice now costs me a dime instead of ten bucks. Coils & wicks a dime instead 10 bucks.
As for PV's ... you're on your own. You can build a box mod for as little as 5 bucks, or you can spend as much as $500 for one.

I've found that I have saved money in the long run by buying quality products that last instead of cheap stuff that always needs replacing.
At this point I find that my monthly outlay is so minuscule that it's no big deal if I spend a hundred bucks on something once in a while. I've even bought a new kitchen range and over the range microwave with my vaping budget.

I'm still feeling my way around samples and clearomizers, and my average weekly toll is somewhere around $15-$20, but I like to think once I have a handful of juices I feel I can use as ADVs, then I might be saving even more money than I am now, and much more than smoking cigarettes. I used to smoke a pack a day, but stopped all together in the past two weeks. That was at least $6 a day, $42 a week. I've cut my spending in half already.
