I just read that he went home late April to check on family and friends in Mississippi after the horrible tornadoes. I feel so bad for the people in that area. I teach for a college based in Birmingham. Many of the students live in Alabama and Mississippi. I've heard from some that are MIA, but not all. I check their user activity each day and am very worried about those that haven't logged in.

Sorry to hear that VG....my grandparents lived a couple miles outside of Tupelo....and my great uncle lived close to there too...unfortunately I haven't been in contact with him in a few years....I hope he's in the okay group....

I also hope that your great uncle is in the okay group. I receive emails daily from the Academic Coordinator letting me know students whose power and/or Internet is restored. I'm glad, but I'm very worried about the others. Fortunately, all the instructors in the program I teach in (HRM) are fine, but some still don't have electricity and/or Internet.

I forgot to mention that several of the students that have contacted me lost their homes. The primary reason they called is to let me know that their assignments would be late! Of course, I told them to not worry. I'm amazed that they even thought of contacting me considering what they went through.

I swear mother nature isn't liking anybody lately...not a good sign...
Since my nephew passed I try to remember to enjoy what I have today because tomorrow might not show up....

Weather has been very strange the past few years. We were directly hit with two hurricanes five years ago (within two weeks). The next year, we were hit again. This area in Florida hadn't been hit since the 1960s.

I'm so sorry about your nephew, but I'm glad that you learned to enjoy what you have. I live the same way. Life is too short. :)

Life is too short....
drama is too much

I've found that I can live without a cigarette even in times like these....scary....who'd have thought it was possible...not me.

Thanks FSUSA....

It's very late and I'm going to bed.

I'm proud of you for not resorting to cigarettes.

Drama is too much, so your next move should be to pm TT so we can get him back here. :)

we want to see TT back on here having some fun with us :)

Aaahhh, you guys are just soooo sweet. If there's a lot of misspelled words in this its because I'm vaping some CreamSoda on one of those duel-coil cartos on my Buzz at 4.5v and the cloud of vapor is so thick I have trouble seeing the monitor.

Amy, Amy, Amy ... I'm the guy that is all over ECF and you have sent me a big bunch of "Likes" about my posts. Now do you know who I am? How soon you gurlie gurls forget. Geesh.

And vaporgal, okay, I've hijacked a Thread here and there but I ain't gonna touch maureen's Hockey Thread ever again!! That gal can put a whoppin' on a guy. Those high-speed volleyballs hurt.

Bad!

What's a dual coil carto?

What's a duel-coil carto??? Vaporgal, technology is passing you by!!! This is the latest new toy for vaping!

Its a 510 on 801 threads. But, this beast has two coils inside each rated at 1.5ohm. They will not burn and vapor/flavor/th is great. Made by SmokTech and holds around 1.2 mil of juice. Resistance: 1.5ohm-1.7ohm (each coil is individually rated at 3.2ohm). On my Buzz at 4.5v these things create those massive clouds of vapor you've always dreamed of. Get a couple and give 'em a try.
