Long time lurker, first time poster.
Zach here from Asheville, just wanted to say thank you to everyone who posts in here. This website has been incredibly useful for everything from coil builds, product/site/juice reviews, and general e-cig user advice.
I started vaping 3 years ago on a cig-alike (Trio) and was able to quit analogs for 3 months. It was never really close to a cigarette though and when stress levels became very high, the Trio wasn't cutting it. I eventually ended up back on analogs.
Flash forward 3 years (February 2014), I meet a woman who was an analog smoker but became a vapor. Her "magic wand" was the first Ego style e-cig i'd ever tried. Vision spinner 900 and a PT2. Simple, elegant, and surprisingly effective. I wasn't a fan of the fruity flavor she had, but she had this tobacco blend called "The Dude" (Asheville Vapor) that had me hooked.
After that I tried smoking the analogs I still had remaining but comparatively, my Marlboro lights really only made me feel like ...... I never bought another pack.
I borrowed one of her three backup batteries, bought a Cheap clearomizer and some tobacco flavor ejuice at the gas station (super gross, I now know). Eventually I got my own battery and moved on to kanger EVODS.
Now I have a Protank 2 mini OTW from fasttech and am debating on buying an authentic Vision Spinner 2 1650 (gotvapes). Trying to keep my PV small-ish or I would consider mods.
My ultimate goal for a personal vape is the lightsaber mod people have been doing using the "Master replicas .45 scale lightsaber".
I'm such a nerd and I think that would be the most awesome and hilarious mod no other e-cig user around you would probably have.
the really question is should I do Anakin's Saber or Luke's?
...And now I'm just rambling. So..
Thank you again to everyone who shares information here, knowledge is power.
Thank you E-cig for giving me nicotine without the other BS in analogs.
Thank you to everyone who helps run the forum, you help make connecting with other vape enthusiasts possible.
and
Thank you for reading this.
