Just signed up and would like to say hello and thanks to everyone as i have seen lots of useful info on here and it has helped me alot.

To the help i need. I just started to mix my own e juice and have run into a problem.
I mixed up a 10ml test of FA strawberry at 3% in a 50/50 mix it tastes good on inhale but i am
getting no aftertaste and it is very dry is there anyway to fix this like adding EM or something.

Thanks for any help.

Welcome to the forum. Can you explain what you mean by "dry"? Not sweet enough? If it's not sweet enough, EM or liquid sucralose (just a little) might help. But I would want to let it steep a little first before you try it again.

No problem ;) i am sure am doing something wrong lol

Thanks for the reply wjosephsimmons

It taste like nothing on exhale i think i will add some EM and let it sit for a day or 2 and see if that helps.
Do you think i should add more flavour so i can taste it on exhale ? because i can not taste anything.

Sure, if it's the first time you've mixed this flavor, definitely. 3% is very low. Actually FA strawberry is on the "Best of" list at 15%!!!! Check it out here and subscribe to the thread for future reference:

That may be the problem that 3% is to low. I have seen many posts on this about it and people say 2% and some people say 10% i guess it all about the person.
I will book mark that page for further mix looks like good info thanks

You're absolutely correct. A lot of it is just personal preference. Sometimes you need to experiment to decide what's best for you. :)

to ecf Tam2o5o. So glad you are here. Lots of DIY threads here. I make my own and the 3% sounds low to me. You could always try adding some more flavoring. Just keep really good notes on what do and change. Experimentation is part of the fun. Good luck to you and happy mixing.

3% is too low try bumping it up to 10% Also you might want to try their ripe strawberry. Remember taste is subjective. A lot of ppl like it better. Usually a single fruit does not need to steep much at all.
