Or if you're really lazy, SXmini X Class. It's an auto Squonker.
For cheap and cheerful though there's the Dovpo Basium (dual 18650) or Vandy Vape Pulse X (single 18650,20700 or 21700), as if you look around they can be bought very cheaply.
